After 6weeks, the tadpoles become carnivorous, eating insect larvae, small insects, worms, and even other tadpoles. In the wild, this is when most tadpoles die.This food can be used as a supplementary food source alongside their natural scavenging and hunting to improve survival rates. Tadpole food is suitable for captive bred exotic frog tadpoles such as tree frogs and dart frogs.It is a high protein, 1mm sinking micro pellet that contains insect meal instead of fishmeal to provide a more natural protein source, while being small enough for tadpoles to eat.
